The Jockey Club of Kenya has a state of the art outdoor TARGET PRACTICE SHOOTING RANGE which is situated inside the Ngong Race Course.The shooting range was licensed by the Firearms Licensing Board in accordance with the Firearms Act in September 2020 and commenced operations in October 2020.
The shooting range is demarcated into six shooting bays that create ample space for shooters while maintaining range safety. The range is also manned by Licensed Range Officers and Safety Officers who are always available to guide shooters and assist with safety.
The shooting range has partnered with Triple Tap Academy to accommodate both Licensed Firearm Holders and people who are looking at getting a firearm experience. Its hours of operation are Tuesday to Sunday 8.00am to 6.00pm.
